D&V Philippines is hiring a Junior Bookkeeper to support Australian clients with day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, AP/AR processing, payroll, and compliance tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, meeting deadlines, and teamwork in a hybrid setup.

You will work onsite for the first two weeks and then monthly onsite; flexible scheduling and a focus on professional growth and client service across global accounts.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate or related accounting discipline.
• Proficient in Xero and cloud accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks in Xero and cloud-based systems.
• Process supplier and client invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare payroll, superannuation, STP and activity statements.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts and prepare workpapers.
