Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to provide end-to-end bookkeeping support for Australian clients. You will handle Xero processing, reconciliations, AP/AR, debtor management, and activity statements, while managing client portfolios and deadlines.

You’ll review junior bookkeepers’ work and liaise with the client engagement team to ensure timely, accurate deliverables. The role operates on a hybrid schedule with onsite work for the first two weeks and monthly thereafter,

Qualifications

• Education: BS Accountancy or related accounting discipline.
• 4+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in Bookkeeping/Business Services/Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Xero and cloud accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian clients (Xero, reconciliations, AP/AR).
• Manage client portfolios and deadlines; review junior bookkeepers’ work.
• Prepare activity statements, management accounts, and journals.
• Maintain client communication with engagement team; draft client correspondence.
