Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, controls, or building systems engineering.
• Experience with commercial buildings, data centers, or critical facilities.
• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems and controls, chilled water systems, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and optimize BMS architectures and control strategies.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support commissioning of BMS and building automation systems.
• Review control narratives, I/O schedules, points lists, and system integration requirements.
• Support integration of HVAC, power monitoring, metering, and other building systems into centralized platforms.
• Conduct functional testing and performance verification of BMS installations.
• Assist in developing dashboards, alarms, trends, and GUI interfaces.
• Review and assess HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, CRAHs, and CRACs.
• Evaluate HVAC control sequences and operational performance.
• Support assessments and technical reviews of data center mechanical and control systems.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and technical assessments.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BMS / HVAC Engineer with strong experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC systems, controls integration, and critical facility operations. The successful candidate will support the design, review, implementation, commissioning, and optimization of building systems for commercial buildings and data centers. This role is ideal for an engineer who combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and is comfortable working with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review, and optimize BMS architectures and control strategies.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and support commissioning of BMS and building automation systems.

• Review control narratives, I/O schedules, points lists, and system integration requirements.

• Support integration of HVAC, power monitoring, metering, and other building systems into centralized platforms.

About you

• Experience in system commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Systems and Controls, Chilled Water Systems, and Building Automation Systems.

• Strong technical and analytical skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting ability.

• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
