Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a BIM Modeler (MEPF) to develop and coordinate accurate 3D BIM models and technical documentation for MEPF systems. The role collaborates with engineers and designers to ensure models are coordinated, accurate, and aligned with project requirements and BIM standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Revit and other BIM tools, a solid understanding of MEPF systems, and the ability to support model coordination, clash detection, drawing production, and

Qualifications

At least 5+ years BIM/CAD MEPF project experience.
Experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.
Experienced working with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
Knowledge in MicroStation is a plus.
Familiar with Civil Infrastructure, bridges and rails.
Strong MS Office and Bluebeam skills.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain MEPF 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure models meet BIM standards and quality expectations.
Report to Team Leader based in the Philippines for task assignment and progress updates.
Support model coordination and clash detection, drawing production, and project documentation.
