Job summary

Artelia Philippines is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models (MEP) using Autodesk Revit. You will produce construction drawings, ensure model accuracy, and support cross-disciplinary coordination for projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.

The role requires 3–5 years of BIM experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with ACC and Scan-to-BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and construction documentation for MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model collaboration and file management.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination processes, and CDEs.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, engineering drawings, and building services coordination.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage or Navisworks Simulate is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Autodesk ReCap Pro and point cloud-based modeling or Scan-to-BIM projects is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and design specifications.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, including layouts, sections, schedules, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate MEP models with Architectural, Structural, and other engineering disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Conduct model reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Incorporate engineering markups, design revisions, and coordination comments into BIM models and project deliverables.
• Manage BIM models, documentation, and file exchanges using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and project delivery in collaboration with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Design Leads, and Project Managers.
• Assist in point cloud-based modeling and Scan-to-BIM activities when required.

POSITION PURPOSE

The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
