Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a BIM Modeler (MEPF) to develop and coordinate accurate 3D BIM models and technical documentation for MEPF systems.

You will work with engineers and designers, leveraging Revit and AutoCAD to support model coordination, clash detection, drawing production, and project documentation for engineering and infrastructure projects.

Role requires 5+ years of BIM/CAD MEPF experience and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years BIM/CAD MEPF project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
• Knowledge of MEPF engineering design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MEPF 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.
• Report to Team Leader in the Philippines on task progress.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure model coordination and quality.
• Performs duties as assigned; cross-deployment not encouraged initially.
