Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a BIM Coordinator in the Philippines to manage BIM processes across project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and coordinating multidisciplinary models. The role involves overseeing BEP development, model quality, and stakeholder collaboration using Navisworks, Revit, and related tools.

You will perform clash detection, support design teams, and contribute to templates, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of BIM modelling experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Working competence in ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Demonstrated experience with federated models and clash detection workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities among architectural, structural, MEP, and other project disciplines.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project BIM standards.
• Ensure adherence to BIM protocols and project requirements.
• Facilitate model exchanges and collaboration between stakeholders.
• Monitor BIM deliverables and ensure timely submission.
