Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a senior structural drafting professional to join our Ortigas-based team. You will review drawings, mentor drafters, and manage CAD delivery for complex projects while coordinating with engineering and design staff to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Expect to work with BIM/DE processes, Revit, Civil 3D, and Bentley tools on projects spanning the Asia-Pacific region. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Graduate of a technical course or BS Engineering/BS Architecture.
Minimum 8 years of structural drafting experience.
Willing to work full-time in Ortigas Center, Pasig.

Responsibilities

Review engineering drawings for CAD standards and quality.
Mentor and train less experienced drafters to promote technical excellence.
Lead projects as CAD/tech team contributor with planning and deliverable control.
Manage workload and adapt to varying project demands.
Help improve client feedback, satisfaction, and outcomes.
Adhere to QA, SHEQ, and document control procedures.
Coordinate drawing strategy and numbering with project lead.
Develop general arrangement drawings from sketches and inputs.
Ensure drawings are clear, complete, and accurate.
Collaborate with project team across design disciplines.
