Job summary

ING Bank is seeking a Business/Data Analyst to join the MA Chapter within the Accounting Tribe in the Finance COO organisation. You will work on the CPRS Data & Reporting squad to innovate and standardize global finance reporting and data.

Responsibilities include maintaining Value Reporter, translating needs into tech specs, building data flows, and delivering BI solutions. The role requires strong analytics, English communication, and deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in science with analytical skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tooling / SQL.
• Experience with dimensional modelling techniques (Kimball/Star).
• Experience with Datawarehouse concepts (ETL, data sources, staging, DataMarts).
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise of POWER BI.
• Expertise in finance, management accounting and client profitability.
• Creative in designing new tooling / prototyping.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Change and maintenance of the Value Reporter application for client profitability.
• Translate business needs into solutions and technical requirements.
• Create data flows aligned with target architecture and data landscape.
• Develop BI solutions via prototypes in BI tools (Power BI).
• Share knowledge and drive innovative projects with other analysts.
• Perform data quality analysis and prepare final stakeholder reports.
