Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver accurate reporting, drive insights, and support the Finance Operations organization. This role partners with leadership to track performance, measure data quality, and provide proactive analytics across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in Power BI, Excel, and SQL. You will develop dashboards and self-service reporting to improve visibility of financial and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analytics, Reporting, or similar analytical role.
• Experience with large datasets across multiple systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring financial and operational reports.
• Partner with Finance Operations to provide reporting for strategic decisions.
• Reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build Power BI dashboards with actionable insights for leaders.
