Transcom Pasig site is seeking a Sr. BI Reports Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise BI reports and dashboards. You will gather requirements, translate them into specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Contact Center experience.
• At least 3 years developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and reporting requirements.
• Programming/scripting experience and software development lifecycle knowledge.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, Looker, Data Studio, Python, SQL, BigQuery, Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate into specifications.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and build dashboards with data storytelling.
• Build and maintain data warehouses and optimize reporting queries.
• Provide project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Transition reports to Operations & Support and train users for adhoc reporting.
• Mentor analysts and lead process improvements in BI reporting.
