Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven BI or data-focused experience.
• Strong Power BI proficiency including DAX and data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Refactor legacy reports to current standards and design principles.
• Build semantic models to support scalable reporting.
• Translate business requirements into actionable reports with clear storytelling.
• Adhere to acceptance criteria and definition of done for quality delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Provide analytics support and troubleshoot reporting data issues.
• Participate in future reporting enhancements, including React adoption.
