Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python, SQL, and R proficiency.
• Experience with large datasets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement through data analytics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop actionable insights.
• Design and analyze experiments and statistical tests to uncover drivers of performance.
• Build dashboards, reports, and automated monitoring in Looker, PowerBI, SiSense, or other BI tools.
• Identify and highlight potential biases in labeling data.
• Collaborate with program managers to translate findings into insights.
• Conduct analytics using Python, SQL, BigQuery, and statistical modeling.
• Manage and explore datasets ranging from structured data to large rater outputs.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce variability and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve existing BI models.
