TELUS Digital in Manila is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist (P3) to lead analytics strategy for global clients. You will transform data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and drive measurable ROI using Looker, Power BI, SiSense, and other BI tools.

The role requires strong Python, SQL and R skills, expertise in statistical modeling, experience with large datasets, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Sisense).
• Experience handling moderate-to-large datasets and scalable analyses.
• Excellent communication of insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization through data analytics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design and analyze experiments and statistical tests to uncover drivers of performance and labeling patterns.
• Build dashboards and automated monitoring in Looker, Power BI, SiSense, or similar BI tools.
• Collaborate with program managers to translate findings into operational insights.
• Conduct applied analytics using Python, SQL, BigQuery, and statistical modeling, with NLP and bias detection opportunities.
• Manage datasets ranging from structured data to large rater outputs; scale as needed.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce variability and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve BI models to create best-in-class solutions.
