Job summary

Lingaro is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with Japanese language proficiency on a contractual basis. You will collaborate with procurement and finance teams to drive data-driven decisions, define data models, and deliver Power BI dashboards that create measurable value.

You will lead workshops, manage requirements, produce BRDs, and facilitate UAT while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating across cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience leading BI/dashboard projects.
• Fluent English and Japanese required for stakeholder engagement and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with procurement and finance stakeholders.
• Document current and future business processes and translate needs into functional specs for Power BI dashboards.
• Define data models, KPIs, and business rules; create BRDs and data-mapping artifacts.
• Coordinate UAT, plan tests, and support deployment and adoption.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analysis and governance.
