SM Retail Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to empower business decisions by turning data into actionable insights.

You will design, create, execute, and monitor loyalty and digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will analyze large data sets with SQL, R, Python and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView), collaborate with Marketing and Customer Loyalty teams, and translate results into clear, data-driven recommendations for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with BI tools and SQL-based data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to understand customer behavior and loyalty marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and loyalty teams to develop campaigns.
• Evaluate campaigns and develop data-driven solutions and algorithms.
• Provide feedback to data warehouse team to improve data quality and completeness.
