• 10+ years in Total Rewards or Benefits management with leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.

• Define and govern benefits strategy, policy, and governance.
• Oversee health, insurance, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Manage vendor, broker relationships and cost governance.
• Lead benefits transformation initiatives and governance activities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Payroll.
