Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a Training Specialist to establish and deliver brand, technical and soft skills training. You will coach learners in classroom settings (2–20 participants) and guide their transition into production, reporting outcomes to Operations and Training Design stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication in English and French, and flexibility to support schedules that span day and evening shifts. On-site work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and French, both written and spoken.
• 1-2 years operational and customer service experience within a Contact Centre.
• Experience delivering in-classroom and group training sessions.
• Ability to coach learners and support transition to production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery materials, facilities and welcome emails for class participants.
• Use adult learning principles to deliver in-class technical and/or soft skills training.
• Adheres to processes to report on training curriculum and related activities.
• Complete mandatory privacy, security and fraud training.
• Provide feedback and report results to stakeholders in Operations, Recruitment and Training Design.
• Coaches learners in the classroom and during transition to production.
• Identify challenges and create supportive plans for learners.
• Help learners meet performance benchmarks during early stages.
