Qualifications

• Credit Card and/or Financial Industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and French; written and spoken.
• 1-2 years in operations and customer service in a Contact Centre is an asset.
• Flexibility to prepare for and conduct training sessions including varying shifts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-oriented with a solutions mindset.
• Experience providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to identify performance trends and create action plans.
• Coaching experience; comfortable with changing priorities and matrix leadership.
• Adult Education/Training certificate or relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training delivery including systems, facilities, course materials, and welcome emails to participants.
• Conduct in-class technical and soft-skills training using adult learning principles (class sizes 2–20).
• Adhere to processes to deliver and report on scheduled training curricula and activities.
• Complete mandatory privacy, security, and fraud training.
• Use standardized evaluations to assess training impact and provide results to stakeholders.
• Provide support and coaching to new trainees in-class and during production transition.
• Identify learner challenges and create supportive plans to address them.
• Coach learners to meet transition and performance benchmarks.
