Job summary

Deloitte SEA is seeking a Senior Consultant in Manila to deliver end-to-end advisory and technology-enabled solutions for banking/IT projects. You will assess requirements, validate specifications, and present solutions to clients while building trusted relationships and driving delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and the ability to travel for short and long-term assignments across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking or IT management consulting.
• Experience in IT Strategy, IT Transformation, IT Operations and IT Optimization.
• Excellent English communication and strong business acumen.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end advisory and overlay insights for client projects.
• Assess business requirements and validate functional specifications.
• Engage clients in discussions, workshops and solution walks-throughs.
• Develop trusted client relationships and showcase advisory capabilities.
• Ensure timely delivery of project work products with QA.
• Mentor project teams and uphold operational excellence.
• Define problem statements and prepare proposals based on client needs.
