• Lead modernization and optimization of Banking and Compliance processes using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and traditional methods.
• Evangelize Business Transformation solutions for end-to-end transformation to create Future Ready Operations.
• Design and implement streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for adoption of new processes.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure transformation success.
• Engage with client leadership to create Transformation Roadmaps and Target Operating Models.
