Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote its bancassurance offerings and build strong relationships with bank branches across the Philippines.

The role emphasizes soliciting new business, cross-selling products, and collaborating with branch staff to generate leads and manage policy servicing with the back office. Training and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong experience in Sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products of BPI AIA and its affiliates to the bank's customer base
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with bank officers and staff in assigned branches to generate bancassurance leads and business
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims
• Submit required reports in a timely manner
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor
