Job summary

Shore360 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve a freight-management platform with AI-enabled services. This hands-on senior role focuses on backend development, cloud technologies, system architecture, APIs, DevOps, and technical leadership.

You will work with AI, automation, and modern engineering tools while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading software development teams or complex engineering initiatives.
• Hands-on cloud development experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong backend development with API design and distributed systems experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in .NET or Java; knowledge of TypeScript/React is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade software across the client’s platform.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions supporting customer and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and workflow automation.
• Lead complex technical implementations from design through delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers.
