Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (Agentic) to build and evolve the Azure platform used by engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services. You’ll design and provision secure, scalable infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure-native technologies, while ensuring environments are reproducible, well-governed, and ready for production.

The role focuses on reliability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency, enabling self-serve infrastructure and safe agented

Qualifications

Deep Azure cloud infrastructure experience with a focus on networking, identity and compute.
Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure-native tooling.
Experience with configuration management and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, pipelines, and safe change practices.

Responsibilities

Own the Azure platform estate as code with modular design and remote state.
Design secure, scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure while enabling self-serve for teams.
Implement policy as code, guardrails, and auditable automated changes.
Lead pipelines for production deployments and rollback capabilities.
