Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to design, build, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, build Kubernetes platforms, and design reusable deployment patterns. The role emphasizes security, automation, and observability, with duties spanning CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and collaboration with software, security, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or DevSecOps engineering.
• Strong Terraform and Azure platform knowledge.
• Kubernetes and container experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation.
• Experience implementing cloud security and identity solutions.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build and operate Kubernetes platforms and container orchestration environments.
• Design reusable infrastructure modules and deployment patterns.
• Implement cloud security and identity solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Support incident response, diagnostics, and platform reliability initiatives.
• Improve developer experience through automation and platform tooling.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate infrastructure engineering and operational workflows.
• Validate AI-generated infrastructure configurations and automation artifacts.
• Contribute to machine-readable infrastructure specifications and deterministic deployment patterns.
