Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a senior leader to drive Quality Excellence for a large account or SBU across geographies. You will implement the quality management framework and oversee quality control and assurance improvements to deliver high performance and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a team of QCA professionals, govern processes and reporting, and push standardization across clients while contributing to business development and RFP/RFI responses from a quality perspective.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of quality experience including Six Sigma and Lean.
• Total career experience of 15+ years.
• Experience leading quality excellence for large accounts or SBUs.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality excellence for a large account or SBU across geographies.
• Implement quality management framework and drive QA improvements.
• Govern processes, reporting, and standardization across clients.
• Support RFP/RFI responses from a quality perspective and share best practices.
• Set up quality compliance to meet ISO certifications.
