Job summary

Pru Life UK is seeking an AVP to lead Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sales, and Group Compliance. The role guides strategic oversight, governance, and the alignment of compliance programs with laws and group standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, business administration, law, risk management, or related discipline.
• CPA, lawyer, CAMS, CFE, ACFS, ICA, CRCM or equivalent compliance certification is highly desirable.
• Relevant compliance, governance, risk, audit, or regulatory certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of ABC, sales conduct, customer conduct, and Group Compliance frameworks.
• Provide strategic direction aligning local programs with Prudential Group requirements and regulations.
• Advise senior management on ABC, sales conduct, conflict of interest, and other Group Compliance Standards.
• Drive ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance across units and distribution channels.
• Monitor regulatory developments and recommend policy, procedural, and control enhancements.
