Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Manager to independently assess compliance processes, controls, and governance across the organization. The role leads risk-based QA activities and informs management on regulatory adherence and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities include planning end-to-end reviews, evaluating control effectiveness, and aligning with Group guidance and policies. Requires 3+ years in internal audit or compliance, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College graduate with Business, Accounting, or Law Degree.
• Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Insurance Operation, Quality Assurance, Data Analysis.
• Unquestionable integrity enabling independence and objectivity.
• Strong leadership skills.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in internal audit or compliance, preferably in a life insurance company.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk-based QA reviews aligned to regulatory requirements, Group guidance, and policies.
• Perform end-to-end reviews of policies, controls, and monitoring activities to assess effectiveness.
• Evaluate compliance with laws, circulars, and governance standards.
• Prepare QA reports with root causes, risk implications, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with process owners and stakeholders on remediation efforts.
