Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Manager to independently assess compliance processes, controls and governance. You will lead risk-based QA reviews, provide insights on emerging compliance risks, and support ACP/RCSA planning with stakeholders across risk and control functions.

The role requires leadership, integrity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, while ensuring adherence to laws, policies and Group standards in a life insurance context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Law required.
• At least three years of work experience in internal audit or compliance, preferably in life insurance.
• Unquestionable integrity to enable independence and objectivity.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to identify and escalate regulatory breaches and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance QA reviews with risk-based scope and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare QA reports with findings, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Support annual ACP/RCSA planning and provide inputs to Compliance Officer.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with process owners and regulators as needed.
• Ensure adherence to risk management standards.
