Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a Senior Automation Test Lead to define and grow the test automation framework and data strategy. You will lead a team, develop automated tests, and ensure consistent defect reporting to support successful project delivery.

Applicants should have 4–5 years in automation testing with leadership experience and strong skills in Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and CI/CD tools. Office-based role in BGC, Taguig takes priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of solid automation testing and lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Playwright).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Postman, Newman.
• Experience developing/executing test cases, analyzing results, and reporting defects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain test automation framework and data strategy.
• Lead automation initiatives and manage testing team members.
• Execute automated tests, report incidents, and log defects by severity/priority.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to Testing Policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with ITG delivery units and department heads to ensure project success.

• Test Automation Framework definition and development

• Test data strategy definition

• Test automation approach definition

• Test automation analyses and design

• Test automation development and maintenance

• Automated test execution

• Test incidents reporting and defect logging

• Architects and develops the test automation framework

• Defines automation approach

• Defines automation entry and exit criteria

• Identifies and prioritizes automation test cases

• Develops and maintains automated test scripts

• Defines test data strategy

• Reviews deliverables and provides sign-offs

• Liaises with project team members and relevant department heads and ITG delivery units to ensure overall project delivery success.

• Contributes to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Contributes to definition and improvement of Testing Policies and Strategies to be applied in all Testing delivery

• Applies innovative methods, processes and tools to enable cost-effective Defect Prevention activities

• Executes automated smoke test to validate environment readiness for formal test

• Executes automated sanity test (intake test or confidence test) to validate product readiness for further test execution

• Executes automated test scripts to validate the application under test meets the functional requirements

• Documents test results and collates test artifacts

• Reports test incidents and/or defects in accordance to agreed severity and priority

• Executes re-test of automated test cases to validate defect fixes

• Liaises with project team members to ensure overall project delivery success.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of SolidAutomationtesting and lead experience, keen to take on people management responsibilities

• Good experience and strong knowledge of automation testing tools specifically Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Jenkins, Postman, Newman but not limited to is required.

• Experience in developing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, and reporting defects.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
