PetSure Services Incorporated (PSI) seeks a Sr. Automation Tester to ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative technology environment. You will design, develop, and maintain automated tests across UI and API layers.

You should have hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver/WebDriverIO, REST API testing, SQL, and CI/CD; mentoring and technical leadership may be expected at senior levels. Hybrid work in Metro Manila with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation.
• Must be a college graduate.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver/WebDriverIO and RestSharp.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to retrieve and validate data across related tables.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Automation Tester to support the delivery of reliable, efficient, and high-quality software within a fast-paced and collaborative technology environment. This role is ideal for a quality engineering professional with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions across both UI and API layers, while contributing to continuous improvement in software quality and delivery.

The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices. The role requires hands-on capability in tools and technologies such as Selenium WebDriver/WebDriverIO, RestSharp, Postman, JavaScript/TypeScript or other modern programming languages, SQL, and version control systems such as Git, as well as an understanding of RESTful APIs, SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and CI/CD environments. Depending on the level of the role, experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr, as well as exposure to cloud / containerized environments, performance, accessibility, and visual regression testing, will support success in the position.

This role is responsible for contributing to and, at more senior levels, leading the development of scalable automation frameworks and quality strategies. The Quality Automation Engineer will work closely with developers, product teams, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to improve test coverage, identify quality risks, integrate automation into the software delivery lifecycle, and support the delivery of reliable and high-performing software. Senior and Lead-level roles will also provide technical leadership, mentoring, automation strategy, and continuous improvement across quality engineering practices.

• Experience with API test automation (Postman, RestAssured, or similar)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

• Knowledge of test design techniques and strategies

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps)

• Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (JavaScript or OOP language)

• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum environments

• Familiar with containerised/cloud environments (Docker, AWS, Azure)

• Experience working in Agile teams

• Familiar with SDLC / STLC

• Strong experience in API and UI automation

• Good to have: Experience with Load Testing

• Must be willing to work on a hybrid work arrangement - once or twice in a month

• Dayshift work schedule - Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Wed-Sun (Except when MNL and SYD holidays coincide) 4AM to 10PM MNL (Varying hours in this period with prior approval from immediate supervisor)

• Can start ASAP
