Job summary

GECO Philippines is seeking a Senior Automation Quality Analyst to strengthen our QA team. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium, translate requirements into automated tests, and ensure releases meet specs with clear test reports.

You’ll collaborate with manual QA, developers, and analysts, mentor junior staff, and contribute to improving the automation framework while tracking progress with metrics in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of Manual QA experience.
• At least 5 years in Automation QA with automated test frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C, C#, or shell scripting.
• Experience with Playwright and API testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium/Playwright).
• Review requirements and define test automation strategy with high coding standards.
• Translate business requirements into automated test cases.
• Ensure releases conform to requirements with test reports.
