Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• 8+ years of automation engineering experience.
• Experience leading specification, development, FAT/SAT, installation and commissioning of automated equipment.
• Strong expertise in robotics, motion control, vision-guided systems and AOI.
• Experience applying DFA principles and influencing product architecture early stages.
• Ability to develop Functional Requirement Specifications for automation systems.
• Experience managing automation vendors from RFP to acceptance testing.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams with CM partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead specification, development, FAT/SAT for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Oversee installation and commissioning and ensure project success.
• Drive robotics, motion control, and vision-guided automation initiatives.
• Apply DFA concepts to feasibility and architecture decisions.
