D&V Philippines is seeking an Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of external audit and review engagements from planning through completion. This role provides technical oversight, manages client relationships, and ensures engagements meet professional standards, budgets, and deadlines.

The position is hybrid with on-site requirements for monthly meetings and client needs. Strong leadership and U.S. GAAP knowledge are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive external audit experience.
• At least 6 years of experience auditing Philippine-based clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple audit engagements from planning to reporting.
• Perform end-to-end audit engagements when required.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods to meet deadlines.
• Prepare complex workpapers and financial statement disclosures.
• Oversee engagement strategy, budgets, timelines and staffing.
• Review key audit documentation before partner review.
• Evaluate significant risks and accounting or auditing issues.
• Serve as day-to-day relationship manager for clients.
• Monitor engagement economics including budgets and resource use.
• Coach audit staff and develop team performance.
• Ensure files are complete and compliant with standards.
• Lead consultations on accounting and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on engagement matters.
• Drive process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Support client retention and business development.
