Job summary

Global Staff Connections is seeking an AU Senior Auditor to join our team, providing high-quality external audit services to Australian clients while coordinating with global engagement teams in a hybrid work setup.

The role involves managing complex audit sections, mentoring junior staff, ensuring timely engagements, and applying Australian auditing standards and methodologies. CPA is preferred but not required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of external audit experience, including at least one (1) year in a senior capacity.
• Experience with Australian auditing standards, methodologies, and processes.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and review junior auditors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality external audit work across complex sections with minimal review points.
• Perform and review audit procedures and documentation in line with standards.
• Coordinate audit fieldwork and deliverables across team members to meet timelines.
• Mentor Associates and Interns and supervise in collaboration with Managers.
• Identify and address audit issues, risks, and client concerns promptly.
