Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

• Analyze and support complex business processes, risks, and financial information to identify key interdependencies and provide practical recommendations.

• Oversee engagement operations, including resource allocation, engagement finances, risk management, and overall project execution.

• Collaborate with engagement leadership for timely, accurate, and client deliverables.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through effective supervision

• Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging professional growth and development across the team.

• Address engagement challenges and stakeholder concerns proactively and escalating matters when necessary.

• Identify opportunities to enhance audit quality, improve processes, and expand the scope and value of services provided to clients.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of solid experience in External Audit.

• Demonstrated experience managing audit engagements and client portfolios.

• Proven leadership and people management experience and performance management of team members.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong project management and client relationship management capabilities.
