You will work within established procedures, communicate across time zones, and manage workloads efficiently in a firm that prioritizes quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working for an Australian accounting firm.
• Strong bookkeeping skills handling high-volume workflows.
• Familiarity with Australian accounting practices and compliance.
• Proven accuracy with minimal corrections.
• Ability to work independently with regular updates to remote supervisors.
• Reliable internet and home office setup for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Process bookkeeping tasks for multiple Australian clients following firm procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.
• Prepare work for review by senior accountants in Australia before submission.
• Manage high-volume workflows during peak periods.
• Time email communications to align with Australian business hours.
• Work within MYOB AE or MYOB AO practice management systems.
• Collaborate with Australian team members through regular check-ins and progress updates.
