• Experience in designing, executing, or monitoring controls and control objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to assess risks and controls, identify gaps, and recommend remediation actions.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify root causes of control weaknesses and risks.
• Design, implement, and monitor controls, including opportunities to improve effectiveness via automation.
• Develop and maintain risk and performance reporting with KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead process walkthroughs and documentation for risk assessments and mapping.
• Support delivery of control program initiatives, tracking progress and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and strengthening governance.
