Job summary

1Lattice is seeking a Senior Associate – Vendor Management to oversee vendor partnerships, commercial negotiations, and procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, negotiations, and procurement operations.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C vendor ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a strong vendor network.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in multi-domain market research projects (B2B and B2C) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Vendor Management to oversee vendor partnerships, commercial negotiations, and procurement operations. The role requires a commercially driven professional who can build a strong vendor ecosystem, negotiate favorable commercial terms, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead a team to ensure seamless execution of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management

• Build, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across relevant categories.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and service delivery.
• Ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues and escalations.

2. Commercial Negotiations & Procurement

• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Support vendor selection, onboarding, contract renewals, and procurement activities.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with internal business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement support.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and regular updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

3. Operations & Compliance

• Ensure timely delivery of products and services through effective vendor coordination.
• Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, invoices, and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement processes, and quality standards.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and support the Vendor Management team.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment.

What We're Looking For
