You will guide Associates, supervise day-to-day accounting activities, and ensure compliance with policies while strengthening client relationships across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience supervising or reviewing staff is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead outputs and client relationships for assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
• Review work by Associates and provide guidance.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities of the team.
• Manage general ledgers using cloud tools (Odoo).
• Oversee journal entries, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closing processes.
• Review bank reconciliations and financial reports before submission.
• Ensure accurate tax filings in compliance with BIR and agencies.
• Coordinate with management on complex client issues.

Proseso Consulting is a modern accounting and finance firm supporting ambitious companies operating in the Philippines and Singapore.

Our team works closely with founders and management teams to keep their operations compliant, organized, and ready for growth. As an Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial outputs and maintaining strong client relationships within a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

As a Senior Associate, you will handle key client accounts and play a leadership role within the team. You will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of deliverables, managing client relationships, and guiding Associates in their day-to-day work. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can balance technical accounting work, coordination, and team support.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall outputs and client relationship for assigned key accounts
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and client requirements
• Review work performed by Associates and provide guidance and support
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities of the assigned team
• Manage general ledgers using cloud accounting tools (including Odoo)
• Oversee journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Review bank reconciliations and financial reports prior to submission
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax filings in compliance with BIR and statutory agencies
• Coordinate with management on complex issues and client requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related course
• Relevant experience in accounting, audit, or outsourced finance services
• Experience supervising or reviewing staff work is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Reliable, professional, and capable of handling key client relationships
