Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Senior Associate to join the Healthcare + Life Sciences team within Client Accounting Advisory.

The role supports client work with accounting and advisory services in a hybrid setup, enabling in-person collaboration about 3 days a week. The successful candidate has 4+ years in accounting, a strong GAAP background, and knowledge of HIPAA; CPA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 4+ years in accounting with at least 1+ years in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Bio Tech.
• Proven ability to drive and lead month-end close processes and deadlines.
• Strong GAAP experience with consolidations, GL close and financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of HIPAA.
• Experience with healthcare or life science projects and transfer of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Healthcare + Life Sciences accounting team; ensure timely delivery of client work.
• Lead and review work to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with India Offshore, U.S. partners, managers and clients to influence strategy.
• Develop proficiency with technology and act as a resource for staff.
• Maintain quality control and identify process improvements.
