Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Manager for the Accounts Payable Shared Services within the Client Accounting Advisory practice. The role blends accounting operations with collaboration across U.S. client teams and internal audit functions.

The position supports a hybrid work model, with in-person collaboration encouraged about three days per week, and involves overseeing a team delivering accounting services to US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• US Accounting experience is required; 15+ years preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP and industry-specific practices.
• Hands-on with POS systems and accounting platforms (QB, Sage, M3).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle client accounting for AP, AR, and GL.
• Reconcile POS sales with bank deposits and records.
• Prepare monthly statements, variance analyses, and reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support audit and tax teams with docs and schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and review work for quality.
