Job summary

Infinit-O is a leader in Business Process Optimization, partnering with finance and healthcare clients to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence. We seek a seasoned Equities Operations professional to manage daily settlement activities, oversee a team, and drive process improvements across the Middle Office space.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to resolve trades, monitor settlements, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Trade Settlement lifecycle.
• Strong Excel and SQL, or VBA.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player with SLA awareness.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, and admins to address processes and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies through streamlining and automation with the team.
• Support daily tasks across Middle Office and related teams.
• Lead process reviews and contribute to efficiency initiatives with onshore counterparts.
• Maintain thorough process documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Oversee quality of output by Associates and Senior Associates; develop direct reports.
• Manage and resolve failed trades and settlements; monitor pre- and post-settlement issues.
• Monitor trades in systems like Markitwire, CDS, REPOs, and related platforms.
