Job summary

MoneyHero Limited in Manila is seeking an Associate, Commercial Operations to support the Singapore Commercial team on banking campaigns and Terms & Conditions. You will translate briefs into accurate, on-time website updates and ensure campaign changes land smoothly across Commercial, Marketing and Product Content.

This fast-moving role offers high visibility in fintech, cross-market collaboration, and practical exposure to partner offers reaching customers quickly.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and website T&C and content updates: Own the updating and publishing of T&Cs on the SingSaver and Seedly website (via Strapi CMS) for credit cards, personal loans, CASA and investments, including partner-brand T&Cs
• Cross-team coordination: Act as the central point between the Commercial, Marketing, and the Product Content team. Receive provider briefs, route them to the right people for listing page changes, performance marketing, and fulfilment, and stay on top of frequent campaign changes within the day and week.
• Reporting: Maintain the banking vertical report tracker and general report updates

About the Job

As Associate, Commercial Operations, you will be the go-to person for our Singapore Commercial team on banking campaigns and Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). You will turn provider briefs into accurate, on-time website updates, keep reports flowing to the right people, and make sure campaign changes land smoothly across Commercial, Marketing and Product Content. It is a fast-moving role with high visibility, great exposure to fintech and cross-market work, and a direct impact on how accurately and quickly our partners' offers reach customers.
