Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking an Associate, Commercial Operations to support banking campaigns and T&Cs. You will update T&Cs on partner sites via Strapi CMS, ensure timely reporting, and coordinate with Commercial, Marketing and Product Content teams.

This fast-moving role offers exposure to fintech and multi-market work, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain reports, and support fulfilment and billing processes while staying aligned with

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in campaign operations, commercial or marketing operations.
• Hands-on CMS experience updating website content from briefs and source docs.
• Strong written and spoken English with stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and data checks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Based in or near Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and website T&C/content updates on credit cards, personal loans, CASA and investments.
• Coordinate between Commercial, Marketing and Product Content teams.
• Maintain banking vertical report tracker and monthly run-rate updates in Slack.
• Validate fulfilment reports and support billing/invoicing processes.
• Provide ad hoc data/report support for the Commercial team.
• Keep process maps and docs current; identify gaps and improvements.
