Job summary

MoneyHero Group in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Associate, KOL Marketing Operations to support the Singapore Creatory business. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing operations, sales operations, or data/campaign operations role.
• Fluency in English Language.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging.
• Ability to interface and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party/contingent partners.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing, conversion drivers in an online environment, and reporting/insights creation.
• Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills, alongside high attention to detail.
• Proven track record of working on own initiative with an instinctive 'can-do' attitude, and a strong focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and execute affiliate plans based on various campaign initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to date.
• Maintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaigns.
• Collaborate with the internal team to build and maintain landing pages for different campaigns and channel partners.
• Review and optimise campaign execution procedures, user journeys and landing pages for channel partners and content creators, across current environment platforms.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaigns.
• Support affiliates recruitment and management.
• Support SG Creatory team on business development initiatives, campaigns and pitches.
• Manage multiple deliverables and transition seamlessly among them.
• Work closely with the manager on more complex or higher-value campaigns and channel partner relationships, with greater autonomy in decision-making.
