MoneyHero Group is seeking an Associate, Commercial Operations to support the Singapore Commercial team on banking campaigns and T&Cs. You will update T&Cs on the SingSaver and Seedly sites (via Strapi CMS), track reports, and ensure smooth landings across Commercial, Marketing and Product Content.

This role offers fintech exposure and multi-market collaboration. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, support fulfilment, and adapt to frequent campaign changes while

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in campaign operations, commercial or marketing operations, content operations or partner operations.
• Hands-on experience updating website content through a CMS with briefs and source documents.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and data reconciliation.
• Based in or near Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and website T&C and content updates across credit cards, personal loans, CASA and investments.
• Coordinate between Commercial, Marketing and Product Content teams.
• Maintain the banking vertical report tracker and monthly run-rate updates.
• Validate fulfilment reports and support billing/invoicing data.

About the Job

As Associate, Commercial Operations, you will be the go-to person for our Singapore Commercial team on banking campaigns and Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). You will turn provider briefs into accurate, on-time website updates, keep reports flowing to the right people, and make sure campaign changes land smoothly across Commercial, Marketing and Product Content. It is a fast-moving role with high visibility, great exposure to fintech and cross-market work, and a direct impact on how accurately and quickly our partners' offers reach customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing and website T&C and content updates: Own the updating and publishing of T&Cs on the SingSaver and Seedly website (via Strapi CMS) for credit cards, personal loans, CASA and investments, including partner-brand T&Cs
• Cross-team coordination: Act as the central point between the Commercial, Marketing, and the Product Content team. Receive provider briefs, route them to the right people for listing page changes, performance marketing, and fulfilment, and stay on top of frequent campaign changes within the day and week.
• Reporting: Maintain the banking vertical report tracker and general report updates, coordinate with the Data team, post the monthly run-rate update for Personal Loans in Slack, and make sure provider and bank reports reach the right person promptly.
• Fulfilment Support: Validate various fulfilment reports and partner with the Fulfilment team, cross-checking the consolidated figures and confirming numbers for billing/invoicing purposes.
• Ad hoc Support: Support the Commercial team with ad hoc fulfilment-related data, report, and operational requests.
• Process & continuity: Keep process maps and documentation current, identify process gaps and recommend improvements, and support ad hoc Commercial operational tasks.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• 2–3 years of experience in campaign operations, commercial or marketing operations, content operations or partner operations, preferably in fintech, financial services, e-commerce or digital media.
• Hands-on experience updating website content through a CMS, with a strong eye for accuracy when working from briefs and source documents such as provider T&Cs.
• Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across Commercial, Marketing, Product Content, Data and external providers.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining trackers and reports and cross-checking data between sources.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to adapt quickly to frequent changes, and a reliable, structured approach to managing multiple turnaround-sensitive tasks.
• Based in or near Metro Manila,

Good to have:

• Experience with Strapi or other headless CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Singapore banking products (credit cards, personal loans, CASA, investments) and their T&Cs.
• Experience reconciling provider reports against internal data, or supporting billing and fulfilment processes.
• Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence or Asana in a cross-team setting.
• Experience documenting processes (e.g. process maps) and supporting a market remotely or in a multi-market team.

KPI

• T&C turnaround: 100% of T&C updates completed by T+1 at the latest.
• Coordination turnaround: Related tasks coordinated and routed to the right team within T+1, including ensuring provider and bank reports reach the right person.
• Reporting timeliness: Monthly Personal Loan run-rate posted in Slack, and banking vertical reports updated on a timely basis
• Accuracy: Minimal to none post-publication corrections to T&Cs and website content
• Fulfilment validation: CIMB and/or any other fulfilment reports cross-checked and returned within the agreed turnaround for Finance billing
