Job summary

Maples Group in Manila seeks a Senior Associate-Client Accounting to join a growing client accounting team servicing funds and structured vehicles across multiple jurisdictions. You will produce management accounts and annual financial statements, ensure regulatory filings are accurate, and respond to internal stakeholders with clarity.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree (professional designation preferred), strong Excel (SumIfs, VLOOKUP, Pivot) and Power Query, and at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting required or strongly preferred professional designation.
• Ability to deliver client deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience with financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Strong Excel skills (SumIfs, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); Power Query a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in financial services or Big 4 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts for funds, holding companies, and structured vehicles.
• Prepare annual financial statements per IFRS, US GAAP, or UK/Ireland GAAP.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual regulatory reporting/filings.
• Provide timely status updates and meet deadlines.
• Maintain data in proprietary systems and respond to stakeholders professionally.
• Escalate issues to management and support ad-hoc reporting projects.
