Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Associate, Client Accounting in Parañaque, Metro Manila. This onsite role focuses on scheduling and financial alignment for client projects, using Primavera P6 to manage timelines and milestones.

You will lead meetings with senior operations, drive estimates and contract changes, and mitigate schedule risks to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate brings CPM/WBS expertise, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication to coordinate complex

• Deep CPM and WBS understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.

• Experience in project coordination and professional business communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust scheduling management system for client projects.
• Audit progress by comparing real-time schedules with deadlines to prevent slippage.
• Facilitate high-level meetings with management, peers, and clients on milestones.
• Support strategic planning with project estimation, bidding, contracts, and changes.
• Identify scheduling risks early and coordinate remedial actions to protect health of projects.
• Monitor critical paths and forecast dates for key activities and outcomes.

Your Role

As a Senior Associate, Client Accounting, you will serve as the primary expert for project scheduling and financial alignment. You will:

• Develop and Maintain a robust scheduling management system to keep client projects and accounting timelines on track.
• Audit Progress by reviewing real-time schedules against hard deadlines to ensure zero slippage in project delivery.
• Facilitate High-Level Meetings with senior operations management, peers, and clients to align on project milestones and scheduling updates.
• Drive Strategic Planning by participating in project estimation, bidding, contract negotiations, and change order preparation.
• Mitigate Risks by identifying potential scheduling delays early and facilitating swift remedial actions to protect project health.
• Monitor Critical Paths and project performance, including identifying key activities and reviewing achievement forecasts and dates.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• P6 Mastery: Proven experience using Primavera P6 for complex project scheduling and management.
• Methodology Expert: Deep understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and a strong grasp of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on using Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Communication Pro: Exceptional English skills (verbal and written) with the confidence to lead schedule update meetings and speak publicly.
• Professional Coordination: Proven experience in project coordination and managing professional business communications.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the Telecom or Wireline sectors is a significant plus.
• Excel Power User: Intermediate knowledge of Pivot Tables and complex data functions.
• Public Speaking: Comfort and proficiency in presenting data to senior stakeholders.
• BPO Experience: Previous experience working in a Managed Services or offshore environment.
