Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead client engagements in audit and tax compliance. The role requires CPA qualification or in progress and 5–7 years of leading engagements, with strong IFRS/PFRS and Philippine tax standard proficiency.

The position is based in Makati City / Kapitolyo, Pasig City, with standard office hours. Ideal candidates have proven leadership, mentoring abilities, and a track record of delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required or in progress.
• Experience (SA1): 3–5 years in audit/tax/assurance.
• Experience (SA2): 5–7 years leading engagements and supervising teams.
• Technical proficiency in IFRS, PFRS, and Philippine tax standards.
